But then in comments people exchange recipies? What I mean is comments deviate from the topic at hand.

Usually people use those threads to begin hooking up.

Again I am not specifically referring to Crush questions... It was just the first word that came to mind as I was typing the question.

Yesterday I asked something and in the comments 2 users were talking about some kind of drink recipe lol.

You can't control the threads when first you released your post, that means... well, actually you can to some degree by blocking, or deleting replies... if you like it. On a side remark it's quite funny you asked about all the crush questions here in the feeds producing the amount of questions including crush(es) yourself. Lol.
