Do you check people's groups when they interact with you?

@rrraksamam And that's the point I'm trying to make. People have now different group names than at the time they joined them. Most probably didn't change that dramatically that it would change the meaning but there were examples where it totally betrayed the user's original intention.

@rrraksamam Luckily, that's not my problem. My problem is that I see a lot of groups I would love to use but they are not available anymore and there's no alternative offered.

@Starcrossed 3000 groups! Well that's going to take a while

@rrraksamam most of them are from EP and when they consolidated groups, you know how they morph, some of them I would never have actually signed up for and are a bastardization of the group I was originally in. I just havent botherd to go through them to cull the bad ones.
