Why do so many music videos and live performances/concerts need women in lingerie/revealing clothes?

Why do female singers feel the need to dress up in skimpy clothing in their concerts? That's how wardrobe malfunctions happen.
The thing about music is, people are there for your beautiful voice and singing talent. That's what matters the most.

I think the media puts too much pressure on celebrities to look a certain way and it just pushes them overboard. Why does everything have to be so s*xual?

P.S. Adele looked beautiful even when she was chubby. Now that she's lost weight kudos to her I guess. I suppose it's healthy but she doesn't need to starve herself.

I've seen a lot of negative comments online about Selena Gomez's weight gain the past few years. She looks gorgeous.

Not everyone needs to be skinny in order to look beautiful. If you're naturally skinny, good for you. If you're a little chubby, that's fine.
If you're obese, or have feeder fetish like some freaks here, I'm sorry. It's not healthy. Normal humans don't feed through a funnel and a jug. Check into a mental institution, and make sure they have a gym in there. You'll probably need an ROTC instructor to give you a reality check.
