At my age there is no reason to make up things, it is what it is. I live in the US in the south. I am a retired psychotherapist and really enjoy helping people on these sites. I have been married to my best friend and soulmate for 52 years, and we have four children, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren,and I am very fortunate to have all of them! I have had my share of pain and sorrow and illness, but I am still alive and loving life. Does that answer your question, thanks for your interest, what about you? Dear Johan, are you referring to my age? Yes, it is amazing that I have made it this far, and still feel like I am a young person, I think it is my purpose in life to help and counsel others and that keeps me interested and involved in life! I would like to hear more about your country and you, I live in the US, so I don't have much knowledge about other countries and their cultures.

Hi Rose, I live in eastern Ontario Canada. I have been here since over 20 years. Before that I lived in the lower mainland of British Columbia Canada. I was there for four wonderful years, it is a beautiful part of the world. I grew up in a small town in West Yorkshire England, and moved to the Black Forest area of west Germany when I was 18. I do love working in my library, it is a small branch of a four branch system in a small community which increases it population when the tourists arrive in the summertime. I try to have interesting "things" going on all the time, so yes it is usually busy. Library service has changed so much over the past few years. They are not the quiet places they used to be fo sure.

I am glad you added your comment. I agree with your comment about group interests. I don't understand why some people feel the need to make insulting comments to people in a group topic that doesn't even interest them at all. If you find the topic disgusting, the why don't you avoid it at all costs?
