I've never been depressed, just had the occasional blues that you get after something bad happens and lasts about 1-2 days. If it's worse than that it must be awful. I wouldn't have any idea what to do.

Positive thinking helps. Depends on the situation that is making me depressed though. If its something i have no control over then i try to distract myself by doing something that keeps my mind busy.

I try doing what I love to get my mind off shit, pics, painting etc also letting it all out here and having people to talk to on here helps. If all else fails, cocaine lol.
