@wanderingsoul: normally I do try hard to attain my targets. But sugar is simply everywhere and there are few substitutes to replace it.

It's not possible to avoid natural sugar from food. Processed sugar? I don't remeber when was the last time I ate them. I don't drink tea coffe or eat junk food. So I'll be good.

I am a picky eater too but definitely not that picky. And I dont think I can sacrifice sugar 😲

@nautilusX: last was during Christmas. Maintaining a body weight of over 200lbs with less than 10% body fat comes with a price, and honestly I don't crave sweet stuffs. Never been a been fan of those.

Yes, that stuff makes me feel sick. It makes me feel like I am drunk so I don't use it at all. If ever slip and and do us it I am drunk all day and the next day I feel like I am dying.

Everything we eat has sugar in it to one degree or another and your body will only process what it needs , Eating sugar in massive amounts is a big NO NO

I haven't used sugar in years, but it's in stuff I eat. I have a feeling one of these sugar will be considered a carcinogen.
