@StephenJohnson: hmmm, sounds like you eat pretty regular most of the time, maybe it's just a natural thing, if you don't move around much that could be it, if you've ever been to a doctor and they say it's normal, it might be nothing to worry about.

my oldest daughter always had had cold hands ,she likes to stick them to my neck ,she is 40 and no health issues ,so I think you will be fine ,

is the room your in cold?? you usually cold?? maybe you need to take up weightlifting then you will feel warmer. people say i feel warm when they are touching me all over.
