Only if North Korea figures out how we are shooting down their missiles.

civil war guns and roses.... nuff said
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
I seriously doubt it. The Chinese President told both leaders to back off
yeronlyman · 51-55, M
Isn't it amazing how the voice of reason is Beijing... that's a turnaround and a warning sign to the US

@yeronlyman: I just hope the US realise that the only way they can intervene in North Korea is with the cooperation of China.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@Onecharmingman: oh okay. Just to Kim Jong Un

A little boy playing with his rockets ?
Hardly reason to go to war !
I know President Trump is eager to flex his muscles, militarily, somewhere on the world stage. But it's unlikely to be North Korea.
For one thing they are too closely allied with China.
China, doesn't want an argument with the West because of potential trade it can do.
I suspect Kim will possibly try and invade South Korea. This is a recurring theme, at that point it'll be interesting to see how brinkmanship plays out.
The U.S. might be wise to have a 'wait and see' policy on that one.
It would certainly give Putin a chance to 'intervene' on the side of 'peace'. Thus boosting his credentials on the world stage, give China something to think about, and the U.S. could show solidarity with Russia and for once. May even be seen as a peacemaker rather than a constant aggressor.

No, Trump is trying to get China to deal with Kim Jong Nutcase. It seems to be working too.
SandInMyShoes · 41-45, F
Thanks for such a well thought reply!
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
So funny. Trump is going to back down on trade issues with China if they help him with Kim Jong Un.

So I imagine it's no new trade deal with China? Okay. Gotcha.
Karmalives · 56-60, M
@SandInMyShoes: no problem SMIRK
Karmalives · 56-60, M
I will say that I think it is very possible
No. North Korea knows if war broke it would be annihilated by South Korea alone. Right now those in power over there live like kings.

War would only bring the lavish lifestyle to a massive halt.

It's a dick measuring contest. Nothing more.
Hopefully, cooler heads will prevail.
yeronlyman · 51-55, M
Logic say you have to go with yes

As you conditioned the quote with "may"
Therefore yes allows possibility whereas no infers an absolute
Dlrannie · 31-35, F
That really depends on what Trump does next
SW-User
Yes, it looks quite likely

Between Kim and Him.
Twoinmanc · 51-55, M
Hmmm more likely yes

Poor fellow, his missile fell in the sea, story over.

It won't escalate to that level. Negotiations would take place first. The United States won't deal that way with any country that's nuclear capable. No matter how powerful they think they are, one wrong move from any side and it's game over for everyone, but with morons leading both the countries, nothing could be said for sure.
Snickerdooodle · 31-35, F
Kim Jong fat fuck doesn't have enough allies. And he would probably be killed and probably knows it. But never know, I mean he's obviously preparing
