How long could you or have you fasted for?

5 days was my max when I was a kid. Now it's more like 5-10 hours lol

if the fasting is done properly one could do it for a year.

but i've only done it 6 months on a cleansing diet to ... well, ya know.

never felt better.

then there's that other fasting where you only have water..... for myself that would be chemistry panels.. blood tests. (it's usually 12 to 24 hours though.)

actual fast, what i have already done is around 12 hours, no water or food

But i have been without food for around 48 hours a lot of times, because of depression
