That's a hard one to answer because of what it means to "be real" in the first place. Technically thoughts aren't physical things but yet thoughts can shape certain things into existence. It never works like how one would think but regardless the implication is there. If you want me to answer if I'm real or not, I'd have to define what is reality and that's impossible.

There's different theories as to why we may not be "real" to how most humans would mean it anyways.

Quantum Mechanics: Reality depends on observation; infinite versions of you could exist. These mechanics would be the observer effect, the many worlds interpretation, wave particle duality.

Paradoxes of Identity: You change physically and mentally over time—are you still the same “you”? Trauma, environmental hazards, experiences, things you do are all things that can change your personality drastically. Not to mention cells renew every year or so (I think.) This is even shown in brain scans sometimes where it shows the brain has neuroplasticity and its implications.

Time and Relativity: All moments exist simultaneously, so every version of you is equally real.

Buddhism & Neuroscience: The self is a flowing, ever-changing illusion.

Simulation Theory: We might not be real at all.

There's actually a good article on this that mentions that the chances of living in a simulation vs base reality are now 50/50, those odds are quite high and if we do indeed living in a simulated reality, are we real?

In short, I dunno if I'm real or not, not really sure I care much though. I've been going through an existential crises since 10 years old so I just kinda don't really panic as much as others in regards to reality or not. To me, it's like drinking water. I wish I could say if I'm real but there's too many variables.
