I keep my TV on.

I don't think I even could. I need complete darkness. I wanna feel like I'm being swallowed by the void. I can't sleep with any light whatsoever.

so many times I felt so tired after returning home from work that I felt sleep in corner of my bed while watching movies or after having dinner , later i noticed everything is on including lights

I used to need a night light, though i don't know when that ended. Using a light bright when i was a kid, was really fun, because whatever design i made on it, i could look over at the glow of it.

I don't like sleeping with any lights on, (you sleep better in total darkness). Unfortunately my partner disagrees so for the sake of the relationship I agreed to a light in another room with the door slightly ajar
