Not much to me really. Words can be as empty as a shopaholic's bank account.

it means that they don't currently want to chat with you anymore and that they promise to avoid you in the future.. OR

it means that genuinely they are HERE for you and will listen to you whenever you need..

it's hard to say unless you actually KNOW the person, let me just say a real friend that you know will be there..

Usually they don't mean it, and when you go to them they ignore you or leave you 🙃
