If you press where the pain is does it feel a bit better, then worse again when you let go?

If so, A&E/ER right now because it's very likely to be your appendix.

And if it doesn't, I'm out of ideas but I really hope you feel better soon xx

@JuniperEmz Prob. is, the ER doc palpated her, saw the reaction, didn't go further. @Wolfgirl567 has diabetes and an ulcer, and has now had that pain long enough that it's unlikely to be her appendix, but I think she definitely needs another exam.
