I carry a large Eisenhower silver dollar in my pocket, I have for years, and rarely....but occasionally, I will give it away to someone who is doing something that will positively impact my life. The last time I gave one to someone was about 4 years ago and I gave it to the volunteer at the animal shelter who helped me with all the paperwork and stuff I had to do to get my furever dog.

BTW: When I do give one away... I will replace it in my pocket with one from the small stash I have in my desk drawer.
