Every time you think of them, turn it around in your mind so that you make yourself remember all the crappy things they did, and all the negative things you felt about them.. Instead of dwelling on the good things and missing them. Change up some of your habits that trigger memories with them.... And look in the mirror and tell yourself you love yourself, and you are worth it!! I know it sounds stupid but it really can help.

It takes time. One day you will realize you haven't thought about them all day...that's when the healing starts

I just stay bitter about it for a year and then it typically goes away.

wish that would happen to be honest.

Sometimes only time can heal.

You can't. You can just punch them in the face, put them in the trash. That's where they belong. They're bunch of garbage. Lol 😆

I know how it feels. Well I truly love someone and he left me last year just before the month of Christmas and went for a Christmas Holiday and didn't even call me that day and posted in Fb " FEELING RELAXED IN BEACH" so I walked out of the whole scene sending him a short notice of separation but he came back again after some months and hurted me and left again. So I just let him go as long as he is very happy. I have much faith in God that there is something good for me. Still waiting to be answered.

Start putting your feelings where they will be respected in return.

Look at how they treat you.

Is it out of love or something else?
Let me know when you find the answer. I'm really struggling.
