First off i need to be alone, and then some humming and some silly pseudo psychiatric mumbo jumbo followed by or transplanted by a voyage to transcendence via the kind of music which is only topped by silence, with unrushed writing of thoughts, or slow non silly reading of an appropriate book.

Maybe try this, give yourself 10 minutes, 10 minutes where nothing is consumed like information and so forth, and the mind can absolutely wander, it takes time to be able to focus when its hard. Wishing you well Azeen. *_*

Try to take control of my mind and change my focus. I have multiple psychological disorders so I have a lot of practice at that. Lol.
