I have been sick for several days and in bed most of that time. This time of month if you need extra rest you should get it guilt free because your body knows what you need.

@Lilymoon I've washed up, put the chicken in the oven. Had a sandwich. Had a cuppa tea. Watching friends and in half an hour I'll be going for a little walk with my mum.
