She wanted a girl and got me instead. She didn't show me any affection, I was told I got on her nerves. I stored some stuff at her house so it would be safe, but she smashed it all up and put it out for the bin men.
When she died she ignored my Dad's instruction and left the house to charity. That's how much she cared for me, her only son.
