Anywhere before 12.30 is no go. Before 1.00pm would feel strange.

Before 13:00 I can't bring myself to have lunch even if I'm starving, I see elderly people eating at 12:00 or earlier and it seems so weird. Also people who eat for breakfast some foods that I consider to be on the lunch side, I can't imagine doing that.

I agree with you but I would skip breakfast and go for a brunch at 10 or 10:30 if some I liked invited me lol

I eat 2 meals, breakfast at 9 am and early dinner at 4 pm.

Apparently quite a few ... as 10:30 is when they change from breakfast menus to the lunch menus on the digital signs at all the fast food drive thru lanes here.

What lunch? I usually eat breakfast when I get up then dinner just before bedtime. Maybe a coffee in the middle.

My dinner is now between 6-8 pm so idk.. 4 or 5 is probably too late for a lunch..

Better question might be... What time is too late for breakfast?
