Yes I love to ride

Looking great, Cole.
Nope, I’ve been advised to avoid horse riding after my back injury many yrs ago. Although I’m tempted to try again..lol

i do, but its a little smaller and a little quicker.

Coletracer · M
@testbutton I used to ride bikes, if I still had one, I'd ride it too.
Butterflykisses24 · 51-55, F

@Soossie Sugar, like riding a bicycle
SethGreene531 · M
Not really. As a child, and into my teens, our family would visit a ranch offering trail rides. I was comfortable on horseback, with a natural instinct and control they responded to. Or so I was told.
I was oblivious to this, till my horse's tack came undone on a ride. The instructor swapped my pack horse for her's, trusting me with her personal Arabian thoroughbred, Rio.
A pleasant memory from youth, out in nature with a beautiful animal.

SW-User
I ride my husband.
Coletracer · M
@SW-User Cool!
Striker · M
I do and it's a great feeling!
Coletracer · M
@Striker That it is!
Youre a cute old man sir
Coletracer · M
@PepsiColaP haha, thank you, I haven't been called that in a long time!
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
I think horses are beautiful but no I don’t ride. I almost got killed by a horse when I was 8 years old and don’t trust them or any animal with hooves to be anywhere behind my back.
Coletracer · M
@cherokeepatti Awww, I'm sorry. How about a buggy ride then?
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Coletracer I’ve been on buggy rides and it was good.

SW-User
Yes. But the opportunity hasn't risen in a while. I don't own a horse and my friends don't ride.
Ingwe · F
tried that once
Coletracer · M
@Ingwe It's fun and relaxing!
Ingwe · F
@Coletracer the horse stood on his hind legs and threw me , tore my pants
Coletracer · M
@Ingwe It happens, but I think you were given the wrong horse to ride.
TexChik · F
Yes !
Coletracer · M
@Coletracer Being a Tex gal, I hope so!
TexChik · F
@Coletracer yes . We have several. A few at the farm and one here for my daughter and her equestrian classes
Coletracer · M
@TexChik That is awesome! My kids and grand love riding!
Pinkstarburst · 51-55, F
I wish I did.
Coletracer · M
@Pinkstarburst Come on over!
Pinkstarburst · 51-55, F
@Coletracer Don’t tempt me!!

Coletracer · M
@Pinkstarburst Now, where did I put that tempting thingy... ah there it is!
Yulianna · 26-30, F
yes, a great way to spend a day!

SW-User
No, I've never been on a horse. I had a traumatic experience with a donkey on Blackpool beach when I was 4.
Coletracer · M
@SW-User That's a shame.
Yulianna · 26-30, F

Coletracer · M
@Yulianna Good for you!
Yulianna · 26-30, F
@Coletracer

thank you... whenever i am at home in the countryside, a day cross country is a delight, if a little stiffening when i am out of practice!

REMsleep · 41-45, F
No but once I went won a free zip line experience while in Mexico.
We walked about 3 hours up mountains in dense jungle type vegetation then would zip to a taller hill and walk up some more. At the end legs sore I finally ask how we are getting down from such high mountains.
They gave me a donkey
Ahhhhhh lol
Only fatigue allowed me to get on by myself and ride tiny trails down steep cliffs and over a river.
My donkey only spoke spanish lol his foot kept slipping too
I kissed ground once we got back to camp.

@REMsleep Sounds like an amazing trip.
You really should try riding horses though. I think once you spent a little time with horses you would love it!
