My husband always wants to go abroad for earning alots of money as if there are money tree planted in other country

Our family are quiet wealthy here also. We have our own house in center of the country and we have our own jobs too. Though it dont pays us alot of salary but it is satisfactory from my viewpoint and the salary will raise annually too. I am kind of not interested to go to abroad because I know we cant get anything without hardwork anywhere. Before marriage, due to debt and unmanaged finance in my husband house, they were suffering financially but as soon as I married with him, I did my best and managed to pay the debt and right now the situation have improved alot and I have even future plans which will be even better for our financial aspect but since many of his friends and relatives are in abroad so he want to go to abroad and I am kind of like nah.
