Depends on what you are trying to make it for?

it’s a appartment i saw online @lori04f

I wouldn't choose to rent, buy or build it.
- There are remarkably few windows and doors, so it would be very dark. One would need lights on in the daytime which would send up the power bills.
- The built-in robe in the bedroom is too small for two people's clothing.
- The corridor to the bathroom takes up an unnecessary amount of space for such a small dwelling.
- Half the cupboard at the end of the corridor has poor access.
- There is no laundry.
- There is a massive waste of space in the kitchen which would be best filled with the absent fridge and pantry.
- The functions of the small enclosures at the lower left are unclear.
- A bedroom should be in the east for someone who likes to wake up early, and it the west for late risers.
- If the shadows indicate south, then it does not have good solar design. In the northern hemisphere living rooms should face south to catch the most light and warmth - with good verandahs if at subtropical latitudes.
- It looks as if there might be no access to a verandah, patio or private outdoor space.
@hartfire it is only $700 a month ... an apartment ... am I missing something here?
Nice ... standard 700 sq ft ... good common area dimensions ... and a fair price
