Anesthetic awareness tops the list to me. Very rare, but it's the worst agony anyone is ever forced to endure in existence.

Child abuse, children are the most vulnerable sect of society and society doesn't seem to care.

I hate the deception the world has been under for thousands of years. Hopefully it will soon change.
