Yeah was feeling the same, we’ve driven to the lake 3 evenings in a row after dinner just to get out of the house. It is good to get a change of scenery. If I had an RV I’d be going camping.
@cherokeepatti ooh real nice pictures. I wish it was one nice like that by me . Around this time last year, I was looking on Google maps and found a real nice big lake. It was almost an hour away. So I played hooky from work and stayed for hours. I haven't been back but I'd love to see the sun rise there
@iamnikki I would love to stay longer and walk more to take photos but it was too close to sunset. Harder to get good photos then. There are some pretty places there, saw most of them while moving in the car so didn’t get many photos. Anyway seeing the water, geese & other. Birds, small waves, green trees and hearing people talk & children playing, it seemed like a small village and that made me happy even though we were a distance away. Kind of reminded me of a mini-Yosemite village where we stayed one day and night. I takes less than 15 minutes to drive to the lake.
