My ocassional depression is back...i hate this crap. I wonder how it just gradually sets on, then goes away a week or so later?

Does anyone have this? It doesnt happen very often, but its not a good feeling at all. Tired, but can exercise if I wanted. $ex drive isnt what it should be, just feeling down overall

I blame pcos- I have had phases of being ok cool to going to the darkness and crying over any and every little thing.

It's horrible but for that I try to just walk it out and listen to music to make myself try and think of better things.

I hope you feel ok soon enough.

@iQuit Yeaaaaaah sounds about right. And I hope my big concert I have tickets for with my best friend for a May concert doesn't get cancelled. We both are really looking forward to it and so far we haven't heard anything about it being cancelled. Btw message me?
