You mean "happened" [vs. "happend"]?

That's a balancing act because you want to try not to repress it but you also can't just let it all out... people would look at you funny.

You handle it in the best way you can and you find a way to get it out of you. Writing, talking, singing. The least self destructive ways tend to be the best ways.

You might not, it might not be the best thing. On the other hand, it could be the only thing that you can do in the short to medium term and hence you need to learn to draw in your focus to right now and drown out the background noise. You can indeed learn to block out guilt, remorse, regret and shame.

Look forward not back, live life for today and just do not give a shit about what has happened but learn not to repeat bad shit you have done. I am an old fart and learned at about 30 not to have any regrets as everything is a learning experience. Love life and have tons of fun.

Sometimes repression isn't even conscious. Some may say lack of repression does indicate ability to manage it - might need professional support though and no shame in that, I believe.

I don't.

I repress all of the bad things I've done.

Better not to . Get it out, accept it and let it go.
