I've started to wake up very early just lately.
I try and get to bed at a reasonable time.
But I'm finding I wake about 2-3 am.
Yes. The hunger pangs thing is an odd one. I've started to take a flask of tea and some biscuits to bed with me.
That way I don't even have to trek to the kitchen.
