Already going through ...
SW-User
@Chika94 it's not easy
Chika94 · 26-30, M
Easy for me boz my my friend and my enemy don’t talk about me even I m not saying anything while talking my friend @SW-User

rjc36 · 56-60, M
it may be possible but it is not an easy thing to do. most of the time it happens when friends have a falling out and it makes you feel like you need to take sides.
SW-User
@rjc36 no not easy at all and uncomfortable
rjc36 · 56-60, M
true @SW-User
DragonSlayerr · 26-30, F
Honestly no. I don’t have any enemies really but if I did it would have to be for a damn good reason. So if my friend STILL chose that ‘enemy’. Then they aren’t my friend.
SW-User
@DragonSlayerr yep it's all about loyalty as well I think
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
Yes as long as they keep my business between us. If they betray me then they are out.
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
It is but some people are interested in being a gossiper or shit stirrer and finding those friends is trickier! 😉@SW-User

SW-User
@Keepitsimple yup...very tricky 🙄
WeighedDown · 36-40, M
If my enemy's enemy is my friend is my enemy's friend my enemy?
SW-User
Pfuzylogic · M
I find it irresponsible not to determine who they are by my own interaction.
Each person is different and my friends aren’t the perfect judge of character.
SW-User
@Pfuzylogic yup that is true
Pfuzylogic · M
@SW-User
I have been prejudged here plenty.
AbbeyRhode · F
It's nearly impossible, especially when the person in question has attacked or hurt me in the past. It's very hurtful for a friend to ignore that and be chummy with such a person.
SW-User
@AbbeyRhode this is my feelings exactly! Where's the loyalty?
ChiyoSKL · 31-35, F
If they are mature they can be friends with both without exposing secrets. I have one good friend that way, I admit we aren't as close as we used to be though.
SW-User
@ChiyoSKL yeah it kinda ruins things
SmartKat · 56-60, F
This is interesting. I’ve had several situations of two friends who disliked each other, but both seemed to like me.
SW-User
@SmartKat that's a lot easier to handle ha! ;)
SweetMae · 70-79, F
I don't like to prejudge anyone. But, I also don't like to see my friends mistreated.
SW-User
@SweetMae it gets annoying
SweetMae · 70-79, F
@SW-User If I see it myself, I just block the person.
I could be but I tend to stay a distance as I don't want drawn in to their drama.
SW-User
@Elandra77 yup...I tend to back away too.
I dunno. I'm not sure I have anyone who rises to the status of 'enemy'. lots that I just don't want to deal with and probably even more that just don't want to deal with me. I'm not sure if a full on enemy would be energizing or exhausting.
SW-User
@stound enemy is a bit of a harsh word... maybe someone you vehemently dislike.
And yes...its exhausting.
Best to ignore I suppose.
@SW-User it'd be kinda useful to be able to have some sorta blinders. like not scan all the comments for someone's post. and possibly yo have the ablity to just make them singular thread replies. I dunno, just throwing out ideas.
SW-User
@stound blinders sounds good to me ha ..
Well it's not easy but I think it's all down to trust.
SW-User
@Babyfacedblonde Yes...that's the bottom line thanks
HeteroDox · 36-40, F
Not my favorite quality about myself, but no
Keeper · M
Nope and Nope
SW-User
@Keeper I hear ya!
Keeper · M
@SW-User I'm fairly "black and white" - do me wrong and I write ya off 👋
SW-User
@Keeper yup... that's me as well.
revenant · F
difficult because of loyalty
SW-User
@revenant exactly!
Sure, just because I don't like or get along with that person doesn't mean they're 'evil'. At one point in time it would have bothered me but that's really about my insecurity, not their loyalty.
SW-User
@Fiddlesticks best answer. Thank you
@SW-User Welcome and thank you.
BearDownChicago · 41-45, M
Yes they can. You just might have limited times to interact. I just feel ba for the person in the middle having to try to balance the time
SW-User
Ya. It's not always easy, but depending on some things, it doesn't matter what other friends your friend has.
SW-User
@froggtongue yup... true.
Quizzical · 46-50, M
Secretly destroy the enemy, problem solved 😉
SW-User
@Quizzical 😁 👍️
SW-User
First I’d have to know that I was and then make a decision 🤔
Viper · M
Depends on what type of enemy and why they're my enemy...
nahright09 · 41-45, M
tried it...wasn't worth it. Bitch bye!
SW-User
@nahright09 Yup! I like the way you think 😁 👍️
JoeyFoxx · 51-55, M
Can be done
SW-User
@JoeyFoxx oh yeah? 🙃
JoeyFoxx · 51-55, M
Sure.

Different strokes for different folks.

Misplaced loyalty isn’t sustainable

@SW-User
SW-User
@JoeyFoxx "misplaced loyalty isn't sustainable"
I love that.
Happens all the time.
SW-User
@DudeistPriest yeah go with the flow
Fernie · F
I really don't have any enemies...if I did and that situation ocurred...I hope I'd be a grown up about it
SW-User
@Fernie not enemy per se maybe just someone you really dislike
Fernie · F
Well, if I get angry or kick a friend to the curb because she likes someone I DON'T like...then I'm still in high school
SW-User
@Fernie Lol
I found out that I could. She found out that I was nicer than she had been told.
HeteroDox · 36-40, F
@bijouxbroussard Isn't that usually the case?
