Make a list of things you wish to change....and what you are going to set as goals....make the changes in an increment that is workable for you. Find a mentor, support system, and make them hold you accountable. Don't get upset or discouraged with slow progress or setbacks.....

You need to know the difference between what you think are your faults and what others think are your faults,
Then you need work out what the cause of the faults are.
it is also very important to know the we all have faults.

Very small steps, like figuring out what parts of you you want to change and deciding what small steps and daily decisions will get you there, and not overwhelming yourself by trying to change everything immediately

You can try advice from self-help books. I did that back in March and it helped a lot.

You should try taking. SAMe it an all natural mood and emotional builder
Learning from the past has been the best way, in my experience.
