@SW-User Neo is an anomaly in the matrix and even the architect could not rectify his own programming. The matrix is a program which was designed to see life as if people had control. But it isn't. It took nearly 6 (or more) time for the the matrix to be reprogrammed.

Is that good enuf to summarize or need more?

@Peppa the architect is a human who wanted to be God. "Creation can never be the Creator". It's an old saying. Yes, the architect was not right. It happens with all great programmers.
