On a serious note, my brother used to have vivid nightmares or murder, etc. He found out that it was a symptom of sleep apnea. He was checked and sure enough he did. After getting his CPAP machine, he never had such nightmares again.

Might wanna lay off the burritos before bedtime. :)

Maybe the nightmare was from your friend murdering his mom and then burying her under the floor, as well as your brother’s dead body falling on you... Ohhhhh, those parts were dreams, too. 🤪

Maybe watch a RomCom instead of so much Fright Night ..
