Sounds like a bad sign, but check the temperature. If it's really hot out, then that's pretty legit.

Depends, if you're constantly moving or if it's hot where you are then no. But if you're swearing, even while staying still, or being inactive and it's not hot, you should probably see a doctor just to be safe.
