I suferd for many years in floridas east coast. It's like anything else take chances things can happen . I say dont hold back a damn thing do it dont think what if you cant live in a box live life what you dont do will only make you regret . Regret is a sword that once through the heart destroys anyones life. Everything has some danger pit that aside and do what you want or dont and find put what it does 20 years down the road . Dont be that person.

How big do the waves get in FL? Where in FL is your top place to catch some waves? Which beach? @letsdothisdbl07

I’m more afraid of sharks than being knocked over by waves

@XenonRush Yes but it’s not popular yet

I mean there's a risk with anything like that. But I hope I learn to someday soon!

@lauriethecolourful it looks like such a rush, plus a great way to stay in shape. I've always felt a deep connection to the ocean anyways. I wanna get scuba certified as well!
@Peaceful That's awesome. :) You should go for it! Water sports are so much fun. I actually was terrified of the water before I started surfing. The rush I felt somehow overcame the fear. 😅

@lauriethecolourful way to get out of your comfort zone! I hope you're really proud of yourself!

Everything is dangerous but its the risk we tske to live out life. So we have to be prepared and skilled to deal with things.

It can be yes
@Anonymouslyyours86 I fucked my leg up yesterday. 😂 It's not even funny. I thought it was fine, but it's really not.

That really depends on your level of skill and what kind of risks you take. So i surf small waves and don't surf near rocks etc, but i've still injured myself a few times yet i've had worse injuries on a bicycle.

any water sport has a bit of danger yes; but I'd say snowboarding is far more dangerous...

trees and ice burn hurt a bit more than water...🤔
I know it is, warm waters down under and sharks go hand in hand
@BeefySenpie not to mention the jellyfish
