I’m pretty sure I just googled something like “online place for lonely people to talk to others” and found EP pretty easily. I was a depressed and lonely high schooler at the time who really needed an outlet

I think originally i was on Yahoo for something and started viewing Yahoo answers.

Saw an ad for Experience project. Went there and loved it !
A great place to lay a few ghosts to rest. And also to make some 'like-minded' friends.

Very disappointed when that closed. Searched around for a while and just gave up at the alternatives on offer.
Vent. relatetothat. etc. Just wasn't for me.

Gave virtually all social media a break for a while before checking out answermug. Wasn't a good site. Plenty of 'bot' questions and very few 'real=people' responses.

Then one day got a message from a friend i chatted with on e.p who told me Similarworlds had started.

I found EP through stumbleupon... And EP literally just opened to share experiences and ambitions .. both of which I found cool to share

I typed in "I am lonely" in the search bar and Experience Project was there at the top of the list.

i found this site on a google search, i spend a lot of time at home and just need an outlet to chat with people
