Try listening to music really loud and lyrics.....just distract the mind for awhile. If I try to be quiet the minds usually wins. so I try and put on music and let it lead me to another world for awhile. :)

Only everyday. I think the culprit is my sugar intake but I cant prove it.
I have some off days. Negative thoughts do creep up, threatening to send me down a path that is rocky and dark. Sometimes I just have to ride it out.

Yes, sometimes. When it happens, I just get very quiet, and try to refocus on the good in my life.

I get quiet too, getting much better at focusing on just the good stuff, letting the negative thoughts go and telling myself it doesn't matter
