Sometimes being in the car has actually been best. Driving (in low traffic areas) soothes me and I can scream and cry where nobody can hear. I had many drives like this right after my husband passed away.

I don't drive so I haven't expereinced this yet but I do hear a lot of people say they like to drive when they're feeling low

I agree. The highway wasn鈥檛 fun for me with cars and trucks doing 85 MPH.
