Well, from testing with a previous question comparing it to this ones results~
it looks like if you spam BA to everyone it doesn't give them more coins, if it even gives anyone coins in that scenario. But if you give someone BA normally~ it gave a change of 242 earlier.
Everyone was fairly difficult in giving their proper numbers in this test, aside from the people with like 100k+ so not certain yet as it's completely possible for them to have hit their coin gain limit already since it's reset time frame.
