I have been alone for the holidays for more years than I can remember. I hated it too. Now I spend it on here and treat it as if it is just another day.

It will be all right. Don't fret over what other people are saying or doing. I drove up to the supermarket and the Dollar Tree. Then I came home and made myself spaghetti.

Hang in there. You know you can go to salvation army and help serve the homeless. It's quite an experience.

A good place to start is not being miserable to others because they are not miserable. You might even make a friend who has food
