Yes. But 40 mins. Is because I jog two miles to the gym and back. And then I spend a half hour on the stair climber or eliptical machines, so it's really just a normal 2hrs of weights.@Dan193

I did an hour at noon. And I still have energy, so I'll probably exercise some more later after dinner.

You should try getting back into it again if you feel like. There's no harm in it. Except for when I feel like I'm about to die cuz can't dreaming breathe but worth it after a while.
