Telling my family or friends how much I love and appreciate them. It makes me happy to be able to turn towards them and say exactly how I feel about them, knowing that they can hear me and my love for them. I do this every day because I believe in saying what comes to mind about them so that I won't regret keeping it to myself. Some people ask how I can be so open and unembarrassed about being so loving, but my family and friends appreciate being built up, and again, I don't want to have regrets.
