hard to say as it’s been unopened, they do say eyeshadow doesn’t really go off (unless of corse it looks like it has then 100% chuck it away) but on the safe side i would probably chuck it away, just incase.

Powder products keep for a really long time. Honestly, if it doesn't smell, isn't moldy, and the texture is the same, it's probably fine. Especially if it's never been opened.

Costmetics hold bacteria, the longer you’ve had it the more bacteria. That could give you a nice infection since it’s so close to your eyes. I wouldn’t risk it if I was you.
