Generation War: a WW2 tv series, a very rare German perspective that follows two brothers in the Werhmact and their friends back home caught up in the horrors of the war.

HBO’s The Pacific: Following the Pacific Theatre of WW2 through the experiences of marines. Starting with Guadalcanal and going through the rest of the war.
Netflix’s Mindhunter: The creation of the FBI’s BAU and interviews with serial killers.

I also reccomend the BBC’s many nature documentaries.
Arrow
Only food and horses
Underworld
Guardians of the galaxy

I could go on but they’re good to start with

I'd recommend a movie called "When the Wind Blows." It's an animated movie, and I'd recommend that you go into the movie blind, because a plot synopsis would kind of ruin the experience, I think. All I will say is that this movie is very sad, but also very powerful.
Go,to,YouTube and type in Rowan Atkinson no one called Jones and watch that you won’t be disappointed lol
