The older you get the more you realize most folk aren't in your life long enough to make grudges worth holding and causing YOU more trouble than they're really worth.

That said, there are one or two folk who, if you thought you'd ever cross paths with again,might be worth doing time for !

I don't hold grudges, as such. If I break a relationship with someone, it's because that relationship isn't sustainable, that's all.

But I just know where I should place my trust, were I shouldn't etc, my expectations become realistic that's all, but no hate, in fact I always think they are like they are for a reason even if they don't seem to make sense. So I just don't waste my time... And retreat

it depends, if its something like they caused me to loose my job,then many years some of them even decades, and if its physical violence then my whole life. but if its something like they said something mean to me or stole something out of my room then i forgive them the same day.

Anyone can hold a grudge. But it takes a person with character to forgive.
