It doesn't happen very often but when it does I usually break things.
Like I broke 2 laggy slow phones, I threw them against the wall.
I punched window broke it and busted my hand open.
And punched another window but didn't hurt my hand , not badly as the first time

A weak ago. I panicked at a family visit and took off. I probably screamed "what the fuuuuck!" for a quarter of the way home.
