@Nimbus i am trying to get better though. Ice cream really should be a treat, health wise. I eat it whenever I crave it which is very often. I found a recipe for frozen banana and cherry to make ice cream substitute but the cherries weren't sweet. May need too try the syrupy jarred ones.
