My neighbor's dog bit me when I came over to consult about a tattoo he was going to give me. He asked me not to call animal control and discounted my tat. Good thing dog had all it's shots. Hope that one did too.

@Sunnykel76 you really should call animal control because he will bite other people as long as he's running around, and if he broke skin find out if the dog is rabid

@chuck7882 sure does. My neighbors dogs are always out. There is a hole in their fence they say. FIX IT before someone gets hurt. One dog bit at my bag one day as I was getting in the car. If it get bitten by one of their dogs I will definitely take them to court.

Yes, three times that I can remember. The first was when I was a young cop and arresting a dude who had beaten up his wife. He was really high on something and tried to stab me with a rather large homemade dagger. Anyway...long story short...he and I ended up grappling and rolling around in the dirt outside his house before I managed to cuff him. While we were on the ground his German Sheperd dog was biting my leg. I had to ignore that until I got him under control.

It was an interesting nightshift.

You can have the dog put down and take legal action.The dog may bite a small child so no that is not harsh.

@Sunnykel76 you need to tell the owner of the dog.the dog needs to be locked up for 24 or 48 hours to be sure it doesn't have rabies.Also you need a tetnus shot
