It can be. Those premenstrual cramps hurt so bad, and I rarely get them before my period. I one time did and I couldn't get up, but I had to in order to go get pills from downstairs. 💓💊

I think most men who are in a relationship with a lady would agree.
I worked for the Pennsylvania Medical Society (PMS) and our employee badges had the initials in big black letters. In line at the drugstore one day, a man glanced down at the badge pinned to the strap of my handbag. He frowned. ‘Is that one of them medical alert bracelets?’

Sounds shitty.. but we get blue balls and have to deal with relentless sex obsession so it is even.

@TotalMiss you've never been a male 16-35.. It's continuous torcher among other things guys deal with. I don't believe women have it worse they just have it different. Grass is greener when you are suffering.

@TotalMiss Men do get something pretty similar to a period. I looked up what a man's period was called since no one knew the name of it (and that I was only told they got something similar). But I came up with results about IMS (Irritable Male Syndrome). So guys do get periods, only difference is they don't have a uterus and bleed. But they do have some symptoms of their own, as well as the same as us women. It's neat though. Why don't they teach us stuff like this in health class and sex ed I wonder?
