I've read up on fake sugars and do everything I can to avoid them. They do a lot of harm. I try to eat natural food and drinks.

Yes,I have heard it cause crystallization in the brain. It was approved by the FDA by dick Cheney. Who happens to be a major stock holder in aspertame companies.

I think Mt. Dew is what's extra bad for the kidneys, bladder and intestines. I had a problem and stopped drinking it. I warned someone I worked with who was drinking Mt. Dew every day and he ended up having surgery, said he was peeing poo out of his bladder, had a hole in his intestines and somehow it was getting into his bladder..I still suspect the Mt. Dew of having something to do with it. It has a chemical that is classified as a flame retardant for children's clothing and has been banned in Europe because it's a carcinogen...the combination of that and extra caffeine and food dyes is not good.
