If you are low in them yes they can especially B-vitamins, the liquid sublingual form especially quick.

Eat well, shouldn't need them, up for debate whether they work or not for energy as you buy them over the counter, absorption is problematic. Get checked out by your doctor if you feel you need them.

@SW-User the older you get the more difficult it is to absorb enough of B-vitamins and magnesium, people need to supplement in many cases.

@cherokeepatti as I said if your trusted doctor says so, otherwise it's a placebo effect and an expensive one at that!
