I would have said being cheated on.... but after it happened i'm not prepared to give up on our 15 years together. We always said we would leave the other if they cheated but the reality is very different. I suppose you never know what you will do in a situation until it happens.

A few things.
Lack of communication: No communication you can't get to know each other that well. You can't understand each other. Trust each other and grow together.
Lack of having an open mind: Can't get anywhere with a closed-minded person.
Bad Hygienes: I just like to be with someone that takes care of herself. You don't have to be a neat freak, but I don't want to date someone that just came crawling out of a dumpster.
Lack of effort: You can't give up on every little thing. No one is perfect. And no relationship is perfect. It takes two to make a relationship work. 100% each. If it was just given to you, it wouldn't be worth it.
Lack of a sense of humor: I can't get along with someone that takes life too seriously. It's all about balance. Plus funny and fun is attractive.
Along with a few others... :)

People who never find anything funny. Life is a real grind without laughing. Ideally someone who I can build a secret language with and who will be my friend too, but it's not essential. Just a nice bonus.

Being controlling

I would like to say being abused and just straight up controlling, but I have put up with that all in the past and its harder to get out of those kind of relationships then people who have never been in one realises.. cheating is a big no no for me.. Instantly over if I find out I was cheated on

controlling & manipulative & criticizing everything u do & not letting yourself be who u are. Was in a relationship like that - never again. Was like i couldn't do anything right & ended changing myself to suit him - total regret! Never change yourself for anyone!

anything consistently extreme...

Happychap: I understand where you're coming from. And as hard as it would be to leave them, It would be hard for me to trust them again. And it can make the relationship harder/complicated. I would always have this doubt in my head that they would cheat again.
He/she should have never cheated, to begin with. At least be upfront and honest with your partner before you do something like that. There's no point in lying to someone you care about. It makes me think they never cared about me to begin with.

The trust has certainly become an issue. I try to be as i always have been with her, not mind her going out for social things, nights out with friends, work etc but now i sit at home and worry😐. Before all this i used to be totally relaxed about her going out.... about everything really. It didn't bother me and i trusted her without question, i also know 100% that in all our years together until this she'd never even contemplated another man. Now i worry when we're not together. I'm still committed to our marriage though and i hope we can save it.

ADifferentDollie: And I agree with your comment as well. I was not put on this planet to be someone's slave puppet. I was put here to do what I want to do. :)

PlumBerries you're right, it's so hard to get out. They're great manipulaters.
